Privacy

What we store

• If you make an account: your email address, the name you choose, your saves and scores, and when you last signed in. Sign-in is a link by email; there is no password to store.
• If you just play: a random id in your browser's local storage (not a cookie, not tied to you), used only to count distinct players and returns per game. Delete it by clearing site data.
• Plays: which game, the day, the referring site, and how long the session lasted. No IP addresses are kept.
• If you publish: your games, versions and the numbers about them; a publish token you create.
• If you pay: Stripe handles the card. We keep the subscription state and a customer id; we never see the card number.

What we do not do

• No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, no data brokers.
• No selling or sharing of personal data. Email goes out through Resend; payments through Stripe. That is the whole list of processors.
• Games run in a frame on this domain and cannot read your account; they talk to Freeplay through a bridge that hands them only your display name.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at hello@freeplays.site and it happens within 30 days. Deleting an account removes saves, scores and the email; published games are unlisted unless you ask us to keep them under a new owner.

Children

Freeplay is not for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. Games aimed at children are not accepted.
